About 10 miles south of Old St. Augustine, Windjammer 110 and the complex sits nestled between the intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean on Anastasia Island, overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Each within a 2 minute walk.

Looking out the large sliding glass doors of the living room or bedroom and from the large covered balcony you can enjoy the oceanfront. There are no buildings to block your view. Walking from living room and the master bedroom open onto the balcony, where you’ll find a dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The native grasses and palmetto palms on the dunes create a Florida atmosphere and provide homes for the resident sea turtles and rabbits, while flocks of seagulls and pelicans that patrol the ocean shore.

Looking out the 2nd bedroom and Dining area windows you can watch the sailboats, yachts, and fishing boats navigating along the Intracoastal. The ebb and flow of the tides are an ever changing the landscape, with islands, sandbars, and oyster beds emerging and disappearing; exotic birds fly back and forth from the Matanzas Inlet.

The open dining, kitchen, and living area make your stay a refreshing area for relaxation. Watch watch your favorite shows on the TV or take advantage of the free wireless web access. The dining table seats 6 people easily, and there’s room for a few more at the breakfast bar on the opposite side of the kitchen. The kitchen comes completely equipped with everything from oven and stove to microwave and programmable coffee maker, toaster and blender not to mention cookware and tableware galore.

Our two bedrooms make that easier than you can imagine. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ocean view–and if you want to watch something other than the waves of the Atlantic there’s also a LED TV. The master bath in the bathroom has his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage and counter space.

The 2nd bedroom, with its great view of the Intracoastal has a bunk bed and a full bed. There’s a 2nd bathroom and a washer and dryer behind folding doors, along with extra beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Plenty of fresh bedding and towels will be waiting upon arrival. And should you have an extra overnight guest stop by, the couch sleep very nicely.

A stairway directly out the door provides a shortcut to the fenced-in pool or the lighted tennis courts or take the private boardwalk to the white sands of the Beach. Enjoy a stroll to Windjammer’s private pier on the Intracoastal, where you can launch a kayak, paddle board or fish for flounder, sea trout, or simply glory in the sunset. And should you get lucky and haul in a great catch, you can barbecue it on the outdoor grills.

You could have an action-packed stay without hopping into your car if you wish or venture out to the area attractions and historic sites. You’ll be just minutes from historic St. Augustine and Marineland. Orlando theme parks are a short drive and you can be back again in a day.

Parking is located in the covered garage or in the outdoor lighted parking lot for your convenience. The is also handicap parking available very close to the elevator.

Located close by you can rent surfboards, bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks or about any other thing you can think of id you forgot yours.
You can even drive on the beach with the entrance about a mile and a half away. What better way to get all that stuff to the beach for you and the kids.
